Introduction I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to participate in the virtual workshop titled "Art of Teaching" organized by Megan Feeney and Sasha Alcoloumbre on January 26, 2025. I understand that my participation in this workshop is voluntary and involves certain inherent risks.

Assumption of Risk I understand that participating in a virtual workshop involves the use of various digital tools and technologies. While the organizers strive to ensure a safe and secure experience, there may be risks associated with technical issues, data privacy, and other unforeseen circumstances. I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk.

Prohibition of Recording I understand and agree that recording, duplicating, or distributing any part of this workshop is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, audio, video, photos, screenshots, and any form of reproduction. 

Prohibition of Sharing Purchase I understand that my purchase of this online workshop is representative of my attendance and my attendance only, and that the presence of others to learn from the content is not permitted. I am not to split the cost and have others attend.

Intellectual Property I acknowledge that all content, materials, and intellectual property presented during the workshop are the exclusive property of Megan Feeney and Sasha Alcoloumbre. I agree not to use, reproduce, copy or distribute any content without explicit written permission from the organizers.

Release of Liability In consideration of being allowed to participate in the virtual workshop, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Megan Feeney and/or Sasha Alcoloumbre, their affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may be sustained by me as a result of my participation in the workshop.

Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Megan Feeney and Sasha Alcoloumbre, their affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the workshop.

Live Attendance I understand that this is a live virtual event and that no recording will be made available. It is my responsibility to attend at the time at which it is hosted and have my online work station and connection prepared. If I am unable to attend the online workshop, for expected or unexpected reasons, I acknowledge that I will not be granted a refund.

Right to Refuse Participation I understand that Megan Feeney and Sasha Alcoloumbre reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual at their sole discretion. The individual will be respectfully informed and will be granted a full refund.  

Acknowledgment of Understanding I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this liability waiver and consent to participation around its terms. By purchasing this workshop, I freely and voluntarily agree to a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
