  • As a former national-level figure skater and trainer to olympians, high-level athletes, and pre-professional dancers, I truly understand the demands of peak performance. I can adapt each session to enhance your strength, agility, balance, muscular endurance, and mind-body connection, helping you perform at your best while preventing injuries throughout your season!

  • Having worked with a variety of clients recovering from injuries and seeking pain relief, I combine my movement expertise with a compassionate approach. Together, we’ll rebuild your strength & confidence, improve mobility, and ultimately support your healing journey.

  • Drawing from years of experience working with clients at all stages of pregnancy, and having followed a specialized Pre/Post-Natal Pilates training with Maria Leone, I’ll help you feel your best through the physical changes of motherhood with care and confidence. From strengthening your core to improving mobility, my sessions are designed to support you (and your baby) at every stage.

  • Build core strength, increase flexibility, and improve overall alignment with Reformer Pilates. Resistance-based exercises tone muscles and support joints, making it ideal for all levels. Perfect for a dynamic, full-body workout, it enhances posture and stability while delivering results. Sessions are available in-studio in Montreal or virtually if you have access to a Reformer.

  • Specialized Pilates equipment like the Cadillac, Tower, Chair, and Barrel are ideal for targeted strength, mobility, and rehabilitation. These tools improve posture, stability, and body awareness, complementing your Mat or Reformer practices. Ideal for injury recovery, targeted muscular training, athletic conditioning, sessions are offered in-studio in Montreal or virtually if you have access to the equipment.

  • Mat Pilates is the OG of Pilates—all exercises on the various apparatus stem from the original mat repertoire. It ain’t easy!

    Mat Pilates builds body control, coordination, and flexibility using only your body weight. This practice strengthens core muscles, improves balance, and leaves you feeling refreshed. A versatile and powerful workout, Mat Pilates is available in-studio in Montreal or virtually, making it accessible wherever you are.

  • Essentrics® is a full-body workout that improves mobility, increases range of motion, and speeds up recovery. Ideal for injury rehabilitation, chronic pain, or athletes, this restorative practice rebalances the body while gently building strength. Sessions are available in-studio in Montreal or virtually.

Frequently asked questions

  • Please fill out the form below and let me know a little about yourself, your goals, and your availability. I will get back to you within reasonable delay to confirm possible training times. Once we decide on a time and place, I will send you an invoice or payment link to confirm your reservation.

  • Privates and semi-privates can be canceled up to 48 hours before their start time, free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session and no-shows will result in a lost class credit.

  • I offer no refunds or class pack extensions.

  • My rate varies based on the number of people, location and frequency. Class Packs available at a discounted rate, and additional athlete/dancer discounts available. Pricing differs for instructor mentorship.

  • All in-person classes are hosted at Vic Studios (376 Victoria ave, 3rd Floor, Wesmount, QC H3Z 1C3) unless specified otherwise.

  • Clothes that you can move and sweat in comfortably. For Reformer or Apparatus classes, grip socks are recommended.
