As the days grow longer and brighter, spring invites us to awaken — to shake off the heaviness of winter, embrace new beginnings, and realign with nature’s rhythm.
Join Holistic Health Coach Yvonne Hercun from TOTA Wellness and myself for a rejuvenating 90-minute experience to help you move, reset, and nourish your body for the season ahead.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute mat Pilates class led by myself moving from yin to yang — a flow that awakens, grounds, and energizes the body from inside out. From there, Yvonne will guide a 45-minute Holistic Wellness Workshop centered around seasonal support, helping you align your lifestyle, habits, and nutrition with the energy of spring. His classes blend precision with creativity, guiding you into a joyful, grounded connection with your body.
