Think of Embody w/ Sasha as a mini-studio within a studio. I offer in-person Mat & Reformer classes independently out of Vic Studios in Westmount—that means you can only book through me if you wish to join one of my classes.

Advanced Reformer Classes

Frequently asked questions

  • All in-person classes are hosted at Vic Studios (376 Victoria ave, 3rd Floor, Wesmount, QC H3Z 1C3) unless specified otherwise.

  • I offer no refunds or class pack extensions.

  • Group Classes: minimum 12hrs. Classes can be canceled up to 12 hours before their start time, free of charge. Cancellations within 12 hours of class and no-shows will result in a lost class credit.

    For clients on the monthly unlimited membership, an additional $10+tax will be charged to their account should they cancel within 12hrs of class or not show.

    Private & Semi-Privates Classes: minimum 48hrs. Sessions can be canceled up to 48 hours before their start time, free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of class and no-shows will result in a lost class credit.

    No exceptions: Out of fairness for all clients, I will not make any exceptions.

  • Buying a bundle is just like buying a mat and a reformer class pack separately, insofar as the expiry is the same for each class pack. The difference is that you save up to 15% when you buy them together.

  • Memberships are designed for clients who want to train regularly, and encompass in-person mat & reformer classes.

    The subscription auto-renews every month after the first class you sign up to - not the purchase date. A minimum commitment of 2 months is required, after which you can pause or cancel the membership on your account.

  • Private sessions aren't required to join my group classes. However, I highly encourage booking one if you are recovering from an injury, pre/post-natal, if you haven't worked out in a while, or if you've never been on a reformer.

    A private session will allow me to tailor the class to your level of experience and give you appropriate modifications to set you up for success in my group classes.
